Issues caused by uploading .mo translation file

I have uploaded the French .mo translation file and this has blocked the button “Upload Image” in the general settings. Also, I can upload an image as a featured image under an event, but the “Delete” link does not work any more, so I cannot delete the image. These issues occur only when/if the translation files are uploaded (if I come back to English everything is ok) and are irrespective of the theme or browser.

In includes/organization_config.php line 720, change it to be:

var answer = confirm("<?php _e('Do you really want to delete this image? Please remember to save your settings to complete the removal.', 'event_espresso'); ?>");

and in includes/event-management/edit_event.php line 822, make the same change.
