We are experiencing an issue with member/non-member pricing in events. After entering the prices for the event, the Member price reverts to $0 after the event is saved? If I go back to the event and re-enter the amount it stays. How can I prevent this from happening?
I took a quick look at the admin and set up a test event and set it to draft to make sure no one would see it in the list. Before saving the event, I set a non-member and a member price and the prices saved as expected.
Is there a specific event where you are seeing this happen? If so, can you let us know which event this is so we can investigate further?
I spoke to the host and they are having some technical difficulties and that is why you can’t login. They said it should be fixed later today. So if you could try again later that would be great, thanks.
If you are logged in, the event is $5. It’s $10 if you are logged out. I only had to create the event once with those member/non-member prices. Make sure you are filling out the member prices and adding a name for the member price.
