I was finding event plugin and found this. Its pretty good. But I need to know that it will fulfill my requirement or not. My requirement is below: =============================================================
A product can be searched starting from a State (all states in Australia) or a Category (Event categories), next level is again either a State or Category selection depending on which was used to start then the latter will be the 2nd level. Then choose an event, it will show description and ONE image with the available Dates. After a Date is selected, a list of Departure Times will be shown with a “quantity box” and checkout button. From a shopping cart perspective, the Departure Time is the final product being purchased. Please see http://www.trybooking.com/Booking/BookingEventSummary.aspx?eid=40912 as an example. The perfect picture is to present this shopping process in a SINGLE product page without navigating to a new page every step of the way. Developer to advise the framework of this process for designer to complete design. Checkout using Paypal and CommLink + eWay gateway (client to advise). Please let me know ASAP so I can buy it.

Hi,

A product can be searched starting from a State (all states in Australia) or a Category (Event categories), next level is again either a State or Category selection depending on which was used to start then the latter will be the 2nd level.

I believe this would be possible by using event categories (eg category for State and other category attached to the event) and listing the events by said categories. So you would have a page for State X and a page for State Y a page for Catgory Z etc etc.

Our default search system uses the event title to find results.

Then choose an event, it will show description and ONE image with the available Dates

The list of events can have short descriptions available (via more tag) and a featured image. Dates can be listed, by using the Recurring Event Manager plugin.

After a Date is selected, a list of Departure Times will be shown with a “quantity box” and checkout button.

Using the Multiple Event Registration add on ( a cart like feature, this can be achieved.

The perfect picture is to present this shopping process in a SINGLE product page without navigating to a new page every step of the way

Not possible currently.

Checkout using Paypal and CommLink + eWay gateway

We support PayPal and eWay amongst others, but not CommLink

Overall I believe that Event Espresso can do most of what you are asking, though you would need to have the Recurring Events Manager and Multiple Event Registration add ons.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

You can sign up for a test-drive here, or take a look at the free version which offers basic event structure (no addons)
