Is there a way to prevent people from registering without paying yet?

I saw on some older posts that this may be an option in a future EE release.
I know the system will accept all registrations – but it will not complete them unless they are paid. But I’m looking for something that won’t let them register unless they have paid.

Hi Susan,

There is nothing currently that will do that, and it is likely that sort of feature will not appear in 3.1.X as it will require some remodelling of the underlying code.

4.X might be able to accommodate this sort of feature, but currently we are making sure the basics are in place before adding in additional feature sets.
