I’d like to set up a front-end page for this, important for people trying to avoid giving users access to their dashboard.

Hello,

Yes. You can use the [ESPRESSO_MY_EVENTS] shortcode. Note that the WP User Integration (Members) add-on must be active and the users must be logged in to see their events.
