I already have 2 clients that made a wrong choice. They registered for event A while they wanted to register for event B. Price is the same, so it would be helpful if I can change the participant from event A to event B. Is this possible?

Or do I have to make a new registration for event B, make payment manually and afterwards delete registration for event A? This method is not so efficient… so I hope there is a shortcut.

Thanks for your reply…

Wim

There is an attendee reassignment tool in the pre-release section. If you have not already done so, you can activate the pre-release add-on section in your profile and download it.
