Everything was working fine. Now my client is warnings from PayPal (below).

Details:
I did a test and bought a ticket. I successfully paid via PayPal, was charged, got emails from PayPal and our own email via the ES plugin. BUT when I look in the back end at the Attendee Reports it says my payment is Incomplete.

I’ve read the other posts regarding this topic and I’ve tried making sure that I can get to the URL that PayPal is complaining about.

Here is the email from PayPal:

Hello Robert, Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing: http://allaboutsafefood.com/?page_id=190&id=69&registration_id=5086c6a6073df6.48988745&event_id=19&attendee_action=post_payment&form_action=payment&type=paypal If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account. Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue. Thanks, PayPal

Thanks in advance….

Hi Peter,

It looks like the http://allaboutsafefood.com/transactions/ page is returning a 404 error. Did this page get deleted, set to draft, or set to private?

Gadzooks! You’re right! Great quick catch!

And of course I didn’t notice it because I’m logged in and can see all pages. My client must have thought those pages needed to be private.

Bad client! Bad! ; )

Thanks SO much for your record response time on a Friday!
You guys rock!
