Hi John,

The JSON API plugin is returning a 403 forbidden error. Please check the settings to make sure that the “Allow Public API Access?” is set to Public.

You can check if the API is working by going to yoursite.com /espresso-api/v1/events/public.pretty_json

If it is working you will see a big JSON list of all your events. If it isn’t working you will likely see an error.
