Hye ! I’m testing your event manager system for my client and i found it really great ! Good work !
Unfortunately, when testing the iPhone app (iPhone 4 with iOS 6.1.2) with your demo testdrive, it crashes each time I try to scan un ticket… Is it because of the number of events ?

Hi Martin,

I have confirmed this is happening on test drive, but it is not happening on my other test server. I will dig deeper to see what is causing the problem. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.

Please try it now, it should be working.

I cleaned out the database a few days ago, but forgot to reactivate a few of the plugins.

I’ve tested the application again and it works great !!! Well done guys !
When i will purchased your Event Manager solution, to avoïd this problem, do i have to clean the database sometimes as well ?

Hi Martin,

In general, no, you don’t need to clean the database sometimes. The testdrive site takes a real beating sometimes with the 1000’s of tests run on it.
