Ipad still only showing 100 attendees

I’ve changed the setting in the API settings to reflect that I want to see 200 attendees and 200 registrations. I have an event tonight that already has 115 attendees, but the ipad still only allows us to see 100. We are expect 135 (as always). HELP!!

Hi there.

You’ll need to update the HD app’s default settings (the initial setting is 100). You can go into the iOS device settings and scroll down past the apps developed by Apple to where you see individual app settings. There you can tap “Event Espresso” and go into its settings and adjust the default settings as needed.
