Is it possible that once a person has been checked in that there name not appear in the list of attendees. We have events that happen over several months. users can buy a ticket and turn up on any day. We can end up with a few thousand visitors over the life of the event. Seeing all of these names all of the time can be a problem.
To get unlimited number of attendees showing what settings should we have on the settings on the ipad and the setting for the JSON api on the server.
The iPad app should be set to ‘Unlimited’ by default.
In API Settings you can set the value to a very high number, for example set Attendees and Registrations to something like 9999. However, be aware that’s a lot of information to pull in so if you do start getting timeouts you may need to reduce those values.
Hope that helps
