| February 4, 2014 at 5:00 pm Is it possible that once a person has been checked in that there name not appear in the list of attendees. We have events that happen over several months. users can buy a ticket and turn up on any day. We can end up with a few thousand visitors over the life of the event. Seeing all of these names all of the time can be a problem. To get unlimited number of attendees showing what settings should we have on the settings on the ipad and the setting for the JSON api on the server. |

| February 6, 2014 at 6:04 am Hi Allan, The iPad app should be set to ‘Unlimited’ by default. In API Settings you can set the value to a very high number, for example set Attendees and Registrations to something like 9999. However, be aware that’s a lot of information to pull in so if you do start getting timeouts you may need to reduce those values. Hope that helps |
