new topic as requested in: http://staging.eventespresso.com/topic/ipad-app-only-showing-50-attendees/#post-40755

The iPad app is only showing 50 attendees. I installed the updated API and it didn’t work. When trying to log in to the app I receive the following error: The operation couldn’t be completed. (Cocoa error 3840.) I have reverted back to the old API and am still limited to 50 attendees.

I am running the WP – 3.5.1 and EE – 3.1.30.7P with the Ticketing, Attendee Import, and API add-ons installed.

Hi Bryan,

Which version of iOS is installed on the iPad?

Sounds like the json output from the server is getting malformed. Possibly because the server istimingout on the request.

Sorry for the delay in reply. I am running iOS 6.1.3 with EE HD version 1.5.

I am receiving a different error now when I try to run the new API: Sorry, can’t log in. Server response is zero-length; no data.

Switching back to the old API allows me to log in. Now instead of 50 attendees it is limited to 100. I will have around 200-250 attendees.

Is something wrong with my settings? I have a screenshot, how can I send it to you?
