Invoices are not opening when customer clicks on download link

    I would like to know a solution for our invoices no longer opening when customer clicks on download link. A blank page appears.

    I think this is a bug in Outlook for Windows. I’ve only ever been able to download PDFs, from Outlook, by right clicking the link and saving the file from the context menu.
