I’m having trouble with multiple bookings appearing on my invoice. Whether a customer books one or two places only one shows up on the PDF invoice (quantity always shows ‘1’ and the amount is for one place).
I have been fiddling around with the invoice template to add sales tax, company details etc. and I think I started off by using the template suggested here:
Please could you help me identify the correct code and where to put it into my template to correct this problem? Please let me know if you need to see the template as it stands in order to do this.
I don’t need information on the additional attendees to appear on the invoice, but if that’s simple to achieve it would be good.
No, I’m not using the Multiple Event Registration add-on. As I understand it this is for if you want multiple different events booked in one session rather than multiple delegates on the same event, which is all I need.
Brilliant – thanks so much for this. All works perfectly.
Sorry to tag another question on the end, but please could you explain what I need to add if I wanted to include each delegate’s name on their line of the invoice (next to the event name)?
