Hello, Thank you for your plugin. Do we need to have a web store setup with Intuit Merchant Services to use the Intuit payment gateway via your fine plugin, or is the Intuit payment gateway simply just that, a payment processing gateway? Please advise and/or direct me to any FAQs on using Intuit in addition to your blog post. Regards,
Hi Alex, I’ve answered your question via email, but wanted to post my reply here as well. I believe the web store option is for integrations with web stores that are set up on godaddy.com, web.com, etc. You will need to have a business account, which you can set up here: https://ipn.intuit.com/. Let us know if you have anymore questions.
Hey Jonathan, Thank you for the quick reply. I really appreciate it. Cool. My client has a business account with IPN already setup to receive payments. So will it be simply a matter of purchasing your annual business license, installing the plugin and choosing Intuit as the gateway under Payment Settings in WordPress and we’re good to go? Please advise.
Hi Alex, Great. Yes. Once activating the Intuit gateway in the Event Espresso Payment Settings, you will need to enter your Intuit account information, then you should be good to go. :)
Awesome! Thank you very much as this payment gateway is important to my client in order to achieve seamless record keeping directly into his QuickBooks online account. This is huge. Thank you.
Hello, again: One more question. Has EE considered Bitcoin as another possible payment gateway? Just checking. Thanks, again.
Hi there, We’re not planning on building a Bitcoin gateway.
Thanks, Josh. Got it. | |
