Hi,

I’m trying to install a number of addons that i’m downloading from my account page.
I do so successfully and activate them etc.

The problem comes when I try to access any of the options in the event espresso menu. For example the groupon plug in, all I get is a blank page with a heading saying “Manage Groupon Codes”

Why is this? How do I fix it?

Thanks

This is also happening with other plug in that i’ve installed:

Calendar
WP User integration
Ticketing

Hi,

I am assuming you have just updated to and are running the latest Event Espresso?

Have you any files in the uploads/espresso directory? If so you can head over to the Template Settings menu page and there is a button there to rename that directory forcing the plugin to use the default templates.

If that does not resolve the issue please let me know.

Yes, latest version of EE. WP is on 3.5

Which button are you referring to? I clicked the one about moving the template files to a safe place. That did not help.

Thanks

Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this?

If so, please send them via http://staging.eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

NOTE: login details need to be Admin level.

Hi,

You are running an old version of Event Espresso alongside WordPress 3.5, we cannot guarantee that that version of EE will work correctly with WP 3.5.

Also, you have files in the uploads/espresso folder, I cannot rename it as the button doesnt exist in that version of EE and I dont have ftp access.

You also have mixed and matched updates on your addons, some are up to date others are not.

So, I would advise you to backup your site and update Event Espresso and the add on plugins.
