Is it possible through the Custom Files add on to be able to match the Ticket Price(s) created in event Espresso with a Product(s) within InfusionSoft.
At the moment when the order comes through into InfusionSoft, it is given a name, however you have to go into each order and assign it to the actual product or service item you have setup in InfusionSoft. Otherwise things like sales tax and other triggers won’t be applied.
Not at the moment. I will add this request to our feature request list.
Also, can you give me more information about how you foresee this working? Does each individual price for an event need to be linked to a product in Infusionsoft? Or can just the event be linked to a product in Infusionsoft?
