(This message was added in version 6.7.0.) in /home/staging-poc/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6114 Incomplete registrations are counting towards attendee limit | Event Espresso - Staging Server
Recently I have come across a problem with a couple of my events. Even when a registration is marked as “incomplete” in the attendee list, it is still being counted towards the limit.
For example, in the event overview, a particular event shows 4/6 in the attendee column. When I click through to the attendee list, I can see four records: three have paid (with a green check mark) and one is incomplete (with a red error sign).
In General Settings>Advanced Features>Optional Event Settings, Default Payment Status is set to Incomplete.
From doing a forum search, I don’t believe that this is expected behaviour. Can you please help?
No it is not expected behaviour. That was resolved in the version after the one you are using, so by upgrading to the latest version you wont have that issue.
