I have just inherited the task of launching a new event due the need for a team member to take an immediate leave. Can anyone tell me how to or where to import the emails for the people I want to contact?  I know how to manage and update the program once I can actually get it going. Unfortunately, this group is small and I don’t have permission to buy a token – so I hope someone will respond – I just need to get going on this as soon as possible.  Thanks so much.

Hi Celeste,

I’m not aware of a feature that lets you import email addresses to an event. Event Espresso is more of an event registration tool, not a mailing list contact manager.

I think what you’re looking for is a service like MailChimp where you can import contacts and send out an email to them.
