Wordpress – v3.6.1
Event Espresso – 3.1.35.1.P
New installation not yet gone live

I’m looking for a method to import a large amount of historical event and attendance information.

The client is redeveloping their site using WordPress and EE but they need to retain all previous records from their old site as they have a legal requirement to be able to quickly report on past courses and attendees.

I can find documentation on importing events and attendees via csv (which is great) but nothing of combining the two.

Can you help?

Many thanks
Michael

Hi Michael,

So you are trying to import event and attendee data and then match them up so the correct attendees are linked to the correct events?

Well if so I would suggest importing the events, then use the Pre Release add on the Attendee Batch Importer to import the attendees. You can mark which event the attendee is assigned to and it will link them up.

If that is not what you need, please explain further.
