| Hi, Do you see any other errors? Could you enable WP_DEBUG, try again and see if any errors are displayed? Also which version of Event Espresso & WP are you currently running? |

Ok I fixed it by using the development version of attendee import. | |
| Hi, 3.1.31.1 is rather outdated now (released 4 April, 2013) There have been some improvements with the import feature since then. I would recommend updating to the latest version (currently 3.1.36.2) Make sure you backup you site first (both the files and DB) we have a guide posted here: http://staging.eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-back-up-your-site/ If you have modified Event Espresso be sure to backup your changes, custom templates within (uploads/espresso/templates) may also need to be manually updated with any modifications you currently have. |
