Hello,

If I offer 3 events on a day (morning tour, afternoon tour, and/or full day tour) and someone books one of the half day tours, is it possible to make the full day event unavaialble?

Or, the opposite. I offer the same three tours, but someone books the full day, can the two half day tours become unavailable?

I’ve seen this done with something like resources… If I have one van for the day and it is being used then any other event that overlaps with the same time then becomes unavailable.

Is this possible?

Thanks!
Matt

Hi Matt,

Event Espresso doesn’t have the capability to manage event options where if one event is selected, other events options disappear.

One thing that might help to know: Out of the box, you can only choose one option or event in a transaction if the Multi Event Registration add-on is not installed. So even if someone wanted to book a half day ticket and a full day ticket, they would have to start the registration process over again after registering for the half day ticket.
