I’m sorry to hear that. Can you let us know what it is that you’re trying to do that is not working? Can you post a link to the registration page if it is related to something on the front-end of the site?

okay i read article about jet pack and it seems working fine now but i am not getting any confirmation email. so i checked contact us page but this is working fine. am i missing something?

Hi Kevin,

What are the email settings in Event Espresso>General Settings set to? Have you checked the spam folder for the missing emails?

Send payment confirmation emails? yes

Send registration confirmation emails before payment is received? yes

Use fancy email headers? no

this is my email setting and i didn’t get it even in spam folder.

I tried email attendees function but that is working fine.
except just confirmation email.
thanks for your help

Hi Kevin,

Here are a few things that you can do that may help narrow down the issue:

You could try sending the email through a gmail account by using the WP Mail SMTP plugin.

You could also try deactivating any non-EE plugins and try a test registration to see if the email fires.
