The message is: “You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”
I went to my account and my key is registered to the correct domain http://k9explorers.org and I haven’t registered it with any other domains. Why am I getting this message?
I checked on this and it looks like it was originally set to http://www.k9explorers.org, and around Nov 7 it was changed to k9explorers.org. I reset the key so you can re-enter the key in Event Espresso>General Settings.
I have the same error. “You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”
It’s installed on a WPMU, but only activated for one site (www.careofsem.org).
Please advise. Our administrator would like to remove the error message as soon as possible.
We have the site as a .com rather than a .org. I have reset the licence key, so please remove the key from General settings, save and then add it back and save.
Dean, it was set correctly to the .com. Could you switch it back? They have multiple domains all pointing to the same Web site. http://www.careofsem.com/ is the primary. As such, why does this error message keep reappearing?
Well, there isn’t a way to switch it as such, whatever site has the licence key will show up which is why I have reset the key (please see instructions above). Resetting the key should hopefully resolve it.
