The reason I am making this new topic inj this forum is because I already contactes via the Contact Us form, I got the following message back:

I purchased Event Espresso plugin with the Paypal Account of a friend of mine.
I used the Plugin on my previous running website http://www.minutemeet.nl
Because of a computercrash I have Lost the event espresso plugin wich was a .zip file.
Because I didn’t purchase via my own Ideal ( at that time I didn’t have an Ideal account) I didn’t receive any purchase confirmation mail.
My question is:
How can I download a copy of my lost file?
If you didn’t use your own email, then you can perhaps ask your friend if they have retained a copy of the confirmation email with the login details
If they have not, then you will need to email sales (at) eventespresso with the full details of your purchase: name of purchaser, email used, purchase date, payment details and any other relevant information that can be used to help confirm your or the purchasers identity.
It is likely that if the identity can be confirmed, we will contact you via the email used to purchase due to security reasons. If that is your friends email, you will need to advise them of this possibility.
I updated your account. So you should have access now.
