Hi,
I have been trying to write html code with embedded CSS inside the text area for the Payment Notification email.
At then end, it doesn’t format the html properly and I guess this is normal because in the email.php, there is already an added at the header and footer of the message.
But for the pre-existing email and the invoice text area in the Attendee Payment Record section, it formats the same HTML code wonderfully.
Is there something I can do to have it formatted the way I want? (with CSS)?
Not currently because those admin notifications aren’t directly editable (outside of email.php). This whole system is getting a major overhaul right now for 3.2 so it should be much nicer.
(that said, if you really wanted to, you could hack up your email.php file — insert Support Staff comment here about modifying your core files is bad, will cause the earth to spin out of control into the sun, and we can’t support any modified code, blah blah blah…)
