I think I have a setting issue with IE9. I go to my login screen, type in my ID & PW, and I get this response:

I just ordered the PlugIn and can’t download it because I can’t get to the Acount screen.

Hello Stuart,

Sorry you are having issues. Can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing?

Also, here is a direct link to your account page. Does it display okay?

Jonathan, I can access the link above OK. Then click LOGIN and enter my ID & PW. The next screen is the issue. I tried to copy and paste the screenshot here but it doesn’t work. I don’t see a pick to import a file to show it to you that way. Let me know the best way to get it to you. Note that if I got to another device in my office I can login fine. That’s why I think it’s an IE9 setting that’s the issue. Thanks, Stu

I just tested on IE8 and didn’t see your issue.

IE 8 Account page

There could be something with a cached version of the page in your browser or some browser add-on/plugin/toolbar messing things up. Try holding down SHIFT+CTRL and hit F5 to flush the browser cache and then reload your account page and see if that solves the issue. If not, try another browser or uninstall any browser toolbars or add-ons you may have installed.
