Hi there.

When someone registers and pays for a ticket to an event on my site, they receive a PDF confirmation which contains <br> codes in the address line. I would like these removed.

I’ve read the other support threads on this issue, but I cannot seem to find the “invoice settings” that apparently fix this issue. The only page I see with the word invoice in it is “invoice payment settings” as a form of payment. This is not what I want as we are ONLY using Paypal to receive payment.

Please help.

Hi Vee,

Are you running a current version of Event Espresso?

Any custom coding?

Thanks.

Hi Vee,

Although you would not like to use the invoice gateway, the settings within there are still used to generate the PDF Invoice, as such you will need to activate the invoice gateway, edit the address to remove the br tags (and/or other settings), update the settings, then de-activate the gateway again. http://take.ms/AzAT6

The issue that cause those br tags should have been fixed in the latest version of EE3, however if updating from a previous version the br tags are sometimes still left within the settings and need to removed manually as mentioned above.

Hope that helps :)
