Hi Joan,

You can remove the HTML code from the Address to send payment box if you go to Event Espresso>Payment Settings>Invoice Payment Settings. There may be a few tags that were added in there unintentionally, which can be deleted. Please be sure to hit the Update button after you’re done!

Even if it is not activated since using Paypal?

Hi Joan,

If you’re to use the Invoice PDF option, it really should be activated. If the invoice option isn’t activated, it probably will not work as expected. If you want to only show PayPal as an option, but also be able to send PDF invoices, you can activate the invoice option, and set the option “Show as an option on the payment page?” to No.

That worked, but did not have stray code just showed one run on sentence for address.
