I have an event where I ask people to register (one ticket) and add more tickets for food. The ticket can be for a group or individual. I need to store all info somewhere. Can I do it in MER-espresso?

I need to reproduce error.

Please advise if espresso has all these features.

Hi Akshay,

Did the WordPress table prefix get changed after Event Espresso was installed? If so, the database table definitions in _options will need to be updated. Similar to step four in this guide, but specific to Event Espresso’s tables.

Akshay Pradhan

I have not changed any prefix while installation. Please advise in details.

I don’t see any table called wp_events_detail in the database. Do you have table creation scripts which I can run to create them?

Akshay Pradhan

wp_events_detail and wp_events_attendee are missing so far. To reinstall plugin, do I need to clean up database? I have other plugins installed there. Let me know how to proceed.

Usually, deactivating and reactivating the plugin will install the necessary tables.

Just curious, what type of server is hosting this website?

Akshay Pradhan

we are hosted by GoDaddy!

I did deactivate and reactivate. But the tables still present in the database. Always
wp_events_detail and wp_events_attendee are missing regardless.

I can’t drop database or schema since other plugins are installed and website is LIVE now.

Sorry about that. Ya, Godaddy is notorious for database problems and not updating their servers. I suspect the MySQL server is outdated or maybe permissions issues. We have a server requirements page here: http://staging.eventespresso.com/requirements/

I will track down a database table export for you.
