I just purchased Personal but the paypal button in not appearing on the event pages. Do I have to upgrade to Business to access Paypal and how do I upgrade without paying the full $179. I was led to believe it was only the difference between personal and Business. I can not launch my business waiting for this to be resolved.
Have you set up the Payment gateway in the Payment Settings page in the dashboard?
When you say it isnt appearing on the event page, do you mean the page with the registration form? If so then no it doesnt appear there, the user needs to fill out that form, confirm their details and then they will be at the payment page where the button for paypal will be shown.
The core plugin is the same regardless of licence, the difference between personal and business is the number of add on plugins bundled with the licence.
Let me know if you need further clarification or have more questions.
I received your email about upgrading. Please reply when you get a moment.
