So, I have had 1 Registration of 29 people. A few of those 29 attendees had the wrong option selected by the primary registrant. The primary registrant has not yet paid (going to pay with a check later) – but I have gone in and made the desired changes to the attendee registrations. Now, the price is supposed to be less than her original – but the price isn’t being adjusted. How do you suggest / what would be the best way for me to adjust the price so that we are tracking the right information within the system? Should I just delete her registration and re-register all 29 people – I hope not… :-/ that would suck…
You can update the ticket price by going in to the Edit attendee data then on the right side column you’ll find fields that will let you update the ticket prices.
In this case you will need to update the price manually by entering the adjusted amount under “Attendee Ticket Fees”. Then you will click the Update Price button. This is on the right side of the Edit Attendee Data page.
