As for my attendee to know which class is less crowded, how can I show the attendees number on the registration page or calendar?

Hi Lydia,

Within the registration page you can use the [ATTENDEE_NUMBERS] shortcode.

This can be withn the event description or within the registration_page_display.php template file.

For a full list of available attributes for that shortcode and an example of how to use it within the tempalte, check here:

http://staging.eventespresso.com/wiki/shortcodes-template-variables/#attendee-numbers

You can also display the attendee numbers within the Calendar. Go to Event Espresso -> Calendar Settings.

Change ‘Display Attendee Limits’ to Yes and update the settings. However enabling this setting increase’s the load on the server as there are more database calls per event to check the attendee numbers so depending on your server you may not be able to use this feature.

Hope that helps.
