I’ve installed the Custom Template Add-on and only want to use the default events table template to show the events of a specific category. This shortcode gives me an empty page with the dropdown for all categories. I don’t need the dropdown menu but just would rather only show the list of events for that category in the table list view. What do I need to add to this shortcode to only view specific categories?

Thanks

Sorry the subject line should read “How to show a specific CATEGORY using [EVENT_CUSTOM_VIEW]”

You can close this question as I have figured out the answer.

Here’s the answer for any future readers:

The Custom Templates Add on shortcodes all use the EVENT_LIST shortcode as a base, so you can use any parameter from that shortcode including the category_identifier parameter.
