I am training my AA to use EE and we are working on parallel events. However, when I am signed on, I cannot add event codes I created to events she created. Is there a way to share promotional codes across users in the same company? Thanks.

Hi Raedorah,

Currently this is a limitation of the Roles & Permissions Add-on. Well actually its an intended feature in that each Event Manager has their own set of Promo/Coupon codes available for their use.

Unfortunately without modifying core there is currently no way to override this.
