How to reset key- message saying that my license key is not at my domain

    Hi, I’m having a problem with this message “You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”

    Even though I installed Event espresso in the correct domain. when I logged in to event espresso account, i request a key reset as the instruction. But nothing happened.

    I still get this message.

      Make sure there are not older inactive versions of Event Espresso in the plugins directory. See this post for more info: http://staging.eventespresso.com/topic/plugin-auto-update-tips/
