How to resend Tickets manually

If some customers not getting mail for the ticket confirmation(might be stored in spam folder) and asking to resend the ticket.so how to resend the ticket manually to customer mail ID.

Hello,

You can do this by clicking on the resend registration details icon.

Login to your WordPress admin and go to Event Overview. Then locate the event that you are looking for and hover over the event name and click on Attendees.

Then locate the Attendee that you want to resend information to and click on the email icon:

In Event Espresso 4, you can go to WordPress admin –> Registrations. Then locate the registrant/attendee and click on the resend information icon:
