The registrant reported that her EWAY payment had hung, she then received the EE booking confirmation email, and her payment displayed backend as Incomplete. After the ticket-buyer agreed to re-register and re-purchase, I then found EWAY’s payment successful message. My bad – so assured the ticket buyer that payment has been received after all. But now I’m wondering how to to reinstate this deleted attendee. (in future I will hold the payment status until properly checked). Thanks in advance.

Hi Andrew,

Once an attendee has been deleted they are gone, its removed from the database. If you have their details you can manually add an attendee by going to Event Overview, hovering your mouse over the event in question, click Attendees, and then at the top of the page Add New Attendee.
