Hi,
we would like to block out a table, and offer free of charge tickets to some guests. We are using seating chart and we see no way of doing this. We would use the add attendee function and apply zero payment but the add attendee function doesnt work with seating chart. Seat numbers dont flow through to tickets and seat releases after an hour saying general admission.

Please advise best way to do this.

Hi Landon,

I am sending you a response to your email, so this may duplicate some of it.

To block out a table, you can use the word Reserved in the custom tag area of the spreadsheet.

Adding a user manually will automatically add them as Completed status, the seat should not be being released. Is that the case, that completed users seats are being released?
