Hello,

We are currenlty using EE4 and cannot figure out how to change an individual registrants ticket price. We used to use discount codes but they are not available. We alos used to be ale to go in and manually change the individual registrants ticket price if need be. We can’t do that either.

If we add a price modifier it changes the price for everyone. If we create the additional ticket prices everyone can see them and it starts to look messy with all the discount options.

Is there a work around to change the individual registrants owing amount or to apply a discount individually in some way until the promo codes are working again?

Hello,

You could apply a refund through the attendees/registrants record in the transactions screen.

If I apply a refund the ticket price is still the same and the system still shows them as owing what was refunded.

Hi,

Perhaps the best way to do it currently, is to Apply a Payment to the ticket. You can do this via the transactions menu. The ticket price itself wont change but the amount owing will.

Will the ability to change an individual ticket price be included in future builds of EE4?

Hi Deborah,

I’ve shared some ideas on how this can be handled with the developers. If they are accepted, then they’ll be available in a future version of EE4.
