We are currenlty using EE4 and cannot figure out how to change an individual registrants ticket price. We used to use discount codes but they are not available. We alos used to be ale to go in and manually change the individual registrants ticket price if need be. We can’t do that either.
If we add a price modifier it changes the price for everyone. If we create the additional ticket prices everyone can see them and it starts to look messy with all the discount options.
Is there a work around to change the individual registrants owing amount or to apply a discount individually in some way until the promo codes are working again?
Perhaps the best way to do it currently, is to Apply a Payment to the ticket. You can do this via the transactions menu. The ticket price itself wont change but the amount owing will.
I’ve shared some ideas on how this can be handled with the developers. If they are accepted, then they’ll be available in a future version of EE4.
