I am using the ticketing system to display events by date on my site hamiltonfringe.co.nz

Registrations for each event close at midnight the day before the event, which means they are removed from the site, however I would like to keep them displayed on the website until the actual event has finished. Is this possible?

If you are using the [EVENT_LIST] shortcode, then you can change it to this [EVENT_LIST show_expired=true]

http://staging.eventespresso.com/wiki/shortcodes-template-variables/

The only issue with this is that they will remain even after the event has completed.

Thanks for that info. I’m using the [EVENT_ESPRESSO_CATEGORY ] shortcode which doesn’t appear to accept the show_expired argument. So I’ve dug through the code and changed line 41 of event_list.php to ‘show_expired’ => ‘true’ and that’s solved the problem.
