i put background in ticket template but i want to change text color….the color is black i want to change to white some body can helpenter image description here

Do you already have the template files copied to the uploads/espresso/ticketing/templates directory?

yes i only have 3 css. file red.css base.css and sample.css

It should be simple.css. In that file, add the following rule:

.ticket table {
color: white;

}
