i am new on ee and did not find so far an answer to this topic:
If a attendee has booked and payd event A and later likes to take part of event B it would be great to change simpy the event. That might also be necessary if I organice event C and there are not enought attendees for event C but i can convince some of the attendees of event C to come in event D.
And a second question: With the time i will collect a List of Customers who likes probably my workshops – so how can i work better with the data, how can i send out newsletter, or make new fields for personal informations – maybee is there some kind of customer relationship software which is often used together with ee?
Thank you in advance for your help
Cheers and sorry for any mistakes
Marc
Both of these require accounts with third party companies and there may be additional costs involved, you need to look into that.
