Problem: We have the Calendar displayed on a page, and I like the pop-up event details. BUT, the background is transparent, which causes a readability problem for events on the right side (Saturdays). They extend into the background area, and become almost impossible to read.
How do I change that background to a solid? Can it be done without having to redo the work every time we update?
So, are the popups supposed to be opaque? I wouldn’t care that they’re transparent, if they all opened directly over the calendar. They’re just unreadable over the site background.
I am 99% positive that your theme is overriding the default styles of the calendar. You can test my theory by temporarily switching to the the Twenty Eleven theme.
If the theme is overriding the default styles, then you might want to talk to the theme developer to help correct the issue.
