Hi Lorenzo,

We purchased personal license yesterday. Event Espresso Lite v3.1.35.L has been already installed on our website. How do we activate premium features now? Do we just need to input license code or we need to download full version from somewhere?

Thank you!

Hi Maisha,

Can I ask if you were logged into your account when your purchased your license?

It looks like your account has not automatically updated to include your license, I have contacted sales to investigate and someone should be in contact with you shortly to correct that.

Once your account has been updated you can download the Premium version of the plugin, de-activate and delete the lite version (you will not lose any of your events/settings) and install Premium.

However it always recommended to perform a full site backup (both files and database) before upgrading ANY plugins, just in case. We have a guide posted here:

http://staging.eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-back-up-your-site/

Once you’ve installed the premium version you will be able to use the automatic update feature for future versions :)

Hi Maisha,

Sorry for the trouble there. I have corrected your account. You should now see the files and license key in your account.

Let me know if you have any issues! I’ll be happy to address them.

Thank you for being a customer!
