    I just bought EE and need to get my configuration going. My account is now active but only shows the EE Lite/free to download. Usually when I buy a plug in it’s ready to go immediately. I’m an hour out and starting to become annoyed.

    Anyone have ideas or guidance. The email support forums said they would get back to me in 24-48 hours. Not fast enough.

    I’m sorry for the trouble. I’m unsure why your account was not properly configured. I’ve manually updated your account so you should have access to the downloads and support you need now. Let me know if I can do anything else for you.
