How do I make different groups of field form appear after choosing different options on the field form before?

Example :

Registration Form
1. Merchandise : (Yes / No)
If choose yes, it will display following field form on merchandise sizes/color.
If No, nothing happens.

Hello,

We currently do not have any conditional rules for the forms, as such that set up isn’t available by default.

You could use javascript to mimic the effect.
