I have purchased the business license, and wasn’t expecting to have a 1 inch “This site is being powered by Event Espresso’s mobile ticketing application!” across the top of all of the pages on my website. How do I get rid of this (or at least have it in the footer in reasonable sized font)?

You will need to Uninstall the Espresso Services from your plugins directory and follow the install instructions for that addon.
