See http://www.afcea-qp.org

I’m trying to get rid of using WP E-commerce to accept Chapter or Event Sponsors for our Chapter. I’ve tried setting up Ongoing events but it still displays dates and venues. I’d like it to act in a way where the user can select the event, register for it, and provide his payment information without displaying any start or end dates for the event. In the case of Chapter Sponsorships, those are perpetual so I don’t want the ongoing event to ever end.

Hi Richard,

I’m guessing that you want to still show the date, times, and locations for the “real” events?

If that’s the case, you can hide this information with a little CSS.

When you go to edit the “events” that are selling sponsorships, you can add this to the Event Description box (make sure you switch to “Text” mode before adding this):

<style>.start_date, .event_time, .event_address {display:none;}</style>
