The company I work with has been working for a long time to get EE registration data seamlessly integrated with their crm software SageACT (too much has been invested in SageACT to switch to infusionsoft).

It looks like we can get everything we need from the SQL database except for “Company Name” which I believe is a user custom added question.

It looks as if all the “System Questions” come through just fine. So the question is:

Do custom questions get stored in the database and if so where?

If only “System Questions” get stored in the data base, how could we add one? (In this case, for Company Name”)

Thanks in advance, any help appreciated.

Hi Tim,

They all get stored in the database, including custom added questions like Company Name. The actual questions get stored in _events_question, and the answers get stored in _events_answer.

Hi Josh, one further question. If I wanted to take a custom question like “Company Name” and turn it into a “System Question” would this be possible? I assume with a relatively simple customization? And if so, how could I go about doing that?

Thanks for any additional help.
